MediFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for your pharmacy operations. You may not:
- Modify or create derivative works
- Reverse engineer the software
- Share your account credentials
- Use the service for illegal activities

5. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to MediFlow. We reserve the right to modify or temporarily suspend services for maintenance.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
MediFlow is the exclusive property of The Bean Code. All rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of The Bean Code. You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Transfer or sublicense the software to any third party
7. Payment Terms & Refund Policy
Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. By subscribing to MediFlow, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All payments are non-refundable
- Service will be cancelled automatically at the end of your payment term if not renewed
- No partial refunds will be issued for cancelled subscriptions
- The Bean Code reserves the right to modify pricing with notice
8. Compliance
You agree to use MediFlow in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including:
- Pharmacy practice regulations
- Drug control laws
- Data protection regulations
- Tax and billing requirements
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to MediFlow immediately upon breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription according to our cancellation policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
MediFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of MediFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
